In the past few decades, wireless technologies have experienced 4 to 5 generations of technological revolution and evolution graduating from OG to 4G presently. Research on wireless technology is focused on the advance implementation of 4G technology and 5G but presently 5G is not officially used. Wireless connection makes communication easy and interesting at the same time.
“Blockchain is the future of finances and data and wireless is the future of communication” (Horizon Communications) BUT Horizon is the bridge between Blockchain and Wireless communication to bring high speed internet services in the Caribbean.
Horizon Communications: As the name implies, is a skyline Internet Service Provider that will serve the purpose of providing high internet services to the end user in the Caribbean region from 2018 onward. As internet activities increase, there is also the need to increase the speed of internet and Horizon Communications is developed to offer such services.
Horizon Communications is not limited to the provision of high speed internet but shall also make available high definition Television services particularly in Bermuda and broadcast to serve the Caribbean.
In the common ISP provider, there is the promise of VoIP features or component that fail to deliver the expected services at the end of the day due to low internet speed or other hurdles but at the advent of 4G LTE, the promise can be easily kept and fulfilled by Horizon Communications.
This brings us to the point to note that Horizon Communications is reliable and safe and will optimistically spread to cover 95% of those resident in the Bermuda to include 15 Miles for those that may wish to connect offshore.

From personal experience as a user of wireless internet in my country of resident, internet service is very high in terms of cost and can be very slow and frustrating in terms of speed. The few Internet services that are fast are more like an extortion for end users due to high cost. But Horizon is different. It shall deliver internet services at an unbelievable and unimaginable price for the good of the users. The plan put in place by Horizon will ensure salt corrosion to cables and wind damages is properly handled to avoid network fluctuation.
Infrastructures to use:
  1. Horizon shall utilize fixed Wireless internet by means of radio wave hence the method of underground cable line is of no use. Outdoor antenna will be mounted for Horizon’s clients to ensure high speed internet is provide as promised. (commonly known as LTE)

We are aware of the usefulness of block chain in our present day hence Horizon shall combine it to do effect the following tasks:
  • Payments from clients will be received in cryptocurrency which is aimed to burst the acceptance and recognition rate of cryptocurrency.
  • For the first time, staff wages and contractors payment, shall be made in cryptocurrency and this is very exciting already.
  • The profit derived from the business shall be invested into blockchain for more consolidations and solidarity of blockchain technology. This is Horizon way of contributing to the advancement of this ground breaking technology and should be emulated.
  • Horizon shall also collaborate with other blockchain VPN organizations; example Mysterium or Privatix to enable the clients to enjoy VPN solutions in their internet service.
